Poor customer serviceI tried the product 3 times. Burned my head 3 times and turned my roots orange. When I sent the info to the colorist, I was told I was not applying it correctly, but that they would make some changes with the next shipment. Nothing appeared to change with that shipment. It did not cover all the grays and my grays were showing well prior to the next shipment. I have dyed my hair with home color that lasted longer and colored my hair uniformly at a much cheaper price. I also requested to go lighter and was told that was not possible. I bought a lighter color from Walmart for $8 which lightened my hair with no problems. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. So Easy..Looks Great!I love how easy and foolproof this was! I had my own color assistant to help me choose the best color for me. We were able to email back and forth until I was confident in the final choice and it was spot on perfect! I could never have done this on my own.
