It does not cover grey well and the colour has changed to carrotThe colour set does not cover my grey hair around the temple area and my forehead. The colour also has changed and it looks more like a carrot colour. I have taken the colourist's advise and applied the colour according to the instructions. washes off quicklyThe color is good, but it quickly loses its color after washing the hair. Ripping off..I received an email that it's on offer for £12. I didn't click on every month subscription.Still last night I received an email that my second order has been dispatched.I called them today and they said it's already dispatched..I have to pay postage for return.It cost me £27 for the colour . HOLDING COLORWHEN I FIRST STARTED USING THIS PRODUCT I REALLY LIKED IT. I USE SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER FOR COLOR TREATED HAIR, IF DO NOT HAVE THE SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER FROM ESALON. BUT FOR THE LAST 6-9 MONTHS THE COLOR IS NOT "STICKING" TO THE GRAY. i HAVE NOT CHANGED MY DIET, MEDS, HAIR WASHING PROCESS OR FREQUENCY, ETC (GOD I SOUND BORING). MAYBE MY HAIR IS TOO USE TO THE FORMULA AND SHOULD SWITCH BACK TO THE MY OLD PRODUCT FOR A WHILE??? HECK I DO NOT KNOW BUT IT STOPPED WORKING 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
