Warm hues--just what I wantedI so appreciate the process of doing my own hair, considering a cut & color (medium priced salons) in my town runs about $225-275! Schönes ErgebisDas Ergebnis kann sich wirklich sehen lassen. Wie vom Friseur. Ich hatte auch keine Farbfllecken auf der Kopfhaut oder sonst wo. Das einzige, was mich gestört hat, dass die Öffnung der Flasche so klein ist, dass man ewig braucht und ab der Hälfte etwa fast nichts mehr rausbekommt. Da hab ich den Deckel komplett abgeschraubt und mir die Farbe dann so auf den Kopf gekippt. Die Lösung war dann für mich ok. Ruined My CountertopI've used your hair color a year ago, decided to give it another try because the compliments were non-stop and I loved it. I used most of the solution and noticed the bottle was warmer than when I started but I left the bathroom to set my timer and to get another towel. Same exact color as before.Sorry, there was no change in my color after using my last color set after requesting more red. Helps that you do not disclose what is sent thus , like the “Emperors New Clothes” we think it is different. It was not. I requested more red. Got it wrongFollowed tie directions carefully and the color was a dark brown mass. No dimension of color or shine. I washed it twice and got out some of the dark and unflattering mass but at least another wash until it looks like hair. Very disappointed. Please cancel future orders. It worked on long hair w highlights!Very pleased with the service and outcome. I had bad highlights coloring experience in November 2023 and was frustrated with how damaged and patchy my hair looked. I waited 6 months to color it again and I have lost trust in hair salons. They either cut my hair too short or mess up my color, so I decided to do it myself. Esalon instructions on how to deal with blonde highlighted hair was fantastic. My hair is now a few shades darker and it looks great.
