Awful experienceI was so excited to try this service and I am so upset right now I don't know why I even tried. I ordered a cool blonde tone and my hair is freaking orange! I had to rinse my hair for 45 minutes and shampoo it 4 times to get the thick cakey feeling out of my hair. Awesome hair colorI have been using eSalon since 2015 and love it. It gives your hair a depth of color you can't do yourself with other products.
