DuhI only used the 1st bottle only to end up with same brown yucky color I had unknowingly not using the 2nd bottle that contained the red and copper didn’t have my reading glasses on duh 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

My customer color (sad face 😦)Well I asked for light ash Blonde with a hint of purple tint to it. In fact I even sent a note way before my hair color was shipped just to stress the purple tint. I got medium ash blonde with not even a hint of purple. I was very disappointed and sent two messages back to my colorist and I received no reply.
