realistic colourseems to be a great colour. easy enough to use, only just enough shampoo and not enough conditioner, the pack was full of stuff that was not necessary or asked for, ie, grease to put on skin that went all over hair, despite instructions to not put on hair. Going to keep orderingUPDATE: Very happy with eSalon. The initial results were not great. I followed the instructions, but I suspect the first method of application affected the color. I was upset because now my virgin hair wasn't a clean slate anymore. I thought fixing it would cost me the results I wanted and more money. Not so! ESalon customer service offered credit to try one more time. I recommend the bowl and brush method and using all the dye, even if you have thin fine hair like me.
