Satisfied but asked for some tweaksI got my first box of made for me color. First, the presentation was fantastic. Directions were easy to follow, albeit a bit daunting because my first color required one bottle for root application and one for ends. Total time from start to finish took me a little over an hour. I asked for some tweaks on the color as the roots were lighter than I wanted and more orangey tone. Also could tell where the bulk of my grey was. The colorist responded that they'd tweaked my next formula to make it darker and with a different tone and more grey coverage. What I CAN say is almost a month later the color is still there. It has not faded out as the box dyes ALL did for me. Time will tell with my next formulation bit for now I'm a happy customer. Great colorI love the color, the only problem I keep having is it fades pretty quickly. My colorist has been working with me on each new order to adjust. Nothing like itI have had my hair colored at salons before and after 3-4 weeks it starts to fade and turn grey again. But with e-salon my hair still has its beautiful color after at least 6 weeks and is still shinny and sleak. I like it, wished it was a wee lighterThe color was a little darker this time and tends to be more brassier than I like it but I did get my highlights in good this time so it does lightness some. I don't so much want to go blonde because I've never been a strawberry blonde ... Its great, just never paid 25.00 for one-time color use.
