Love It!I have colored my hair forever, was never happy with my boring natural medium brown. Esalon has been great. The color that they make for me was a dark brown which looked very rich and natural. I my last order I asked if they could add some gold tones which they did and I absolutely LOVE the subtle but brighter change. Every order has been prompt, I love the fact that that each order is sent according to MY preferred schedule and if I make a change for some reason there is no problem. Easy PeasyThe hair coloring process was easy to do. The directions included pictures which was helpful. My hair looks great and feels healthy. No more redThe color matched perfectly and covers my grey. I have fairly dark brown hair, and I like how the colored greys lighten in the sun to make golden-like strands. Color BlindI don't have any complaints about the product. I received my order in a timely fashion. Was very impressed with the contents. Especially for the 1st time buyers cost of $10. My only issue is my customer color isn't exactly what I was hoping for. Though I take full responsibility for that because maybe my hair color isn't exactly the color I thought; so it doesn't look as light as I had wanted to be. Not satisfiedThis was my first attempt at coloring my hair and I must say that I was not impressed. I was attempting to lighten my hair to a more natural copper red. The entire process was simple enough but the end results were not what I expected. Directions were very well written and simple to understand. Loved the pictures and how the entire kit was set up.
