Worst colour ever!Gets one star only for nice packaging and decent quality gloves. Other than that, the worst hair colour I have ever used! I asked for ginger - real carrot copper - I got browny, pinky purple. Avoid this product like the plague. Go to a professional or buy a well know brand that understand colour. Not the sameI’ve been using esalon color for 9 years, over the last couple years the color has changed. First it seemed that it would fade/washout very quickly and not color my white hairs, then I started to notice how red my hair seemed after the color had faded. As I have become less happy with the color I have been using it less and less. I now have 4 boxes to use. I hadn't been able to place it for a while but after coloring tonight I realized that my soft black color is actually more of a coppery brown? Great job on getting the colour I wantedThe colorist did a great job on contacting me to ensure the colour I got was the colour I was wanting. I know this costs more than store box colour but this is much better quality of product and you know what you are getting. You also have the access to specialists to assist through the entire process. I had used store box colour for years and I can't see me going back to it after using eSalon. Custom ColorI have not achieved the color I want, I want a natural golden brown and my hair is very dark no golden highlights, I can’t keep purchasing colors that don’t change the color .Your product is great But I am not happy with the color you keep sending, every time I do my hair the color comes out very dark almost black. Don’t risk it!Utterly devastated by the result. Had a professional hairdresser apply the colour for me, following the instructions to the letter. The two different colours provided for the roots and ends have resulted in the most appalling contrast. Waste of money! Waste of time and now left having to fork out more to rectify it! Excellent ProductThis hair color line is FABULOUS...gave me an incredible color with fantastic staying power!! Leaves hair soft and shiny and offers wonderful grey coverage....and finally, one of the best things about it is that the color really lasts!!! Customer Service is incredibly helpful as well.
