Awful!My introductory color order was amazing. This second order? Horrible. Not only was the color darker but, despite knowing I have thick long hair, sent me one bottle of color. medium blond turned out to be light brownlike that, it didn't damage my hair, but the color is totally off. it is at least 3 shades darker than what I expected so from medium/light blond I am now a brunet 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Almost perfectBeen fed up with permanent roots after spending all day for foils at the hair salon. This is amazing. Really natural look and great coverage. Has blended perfectly. Very Satisfied Customer!Thank you so much Nicole for your help. The current color is what I hoped for and gray coverage is way better!! The formulation is thicker which I prefer because it's easier to apply and less splashing on walls/counter. Most of all, better results! Different instructions from previous applications, 40 minutes before rinsing, and generous application on partline and edges. I think it helped as well! Lastly, I have enough color to cover the roots. I appreciate you Nicole for doing an excellent job!
