Nothing more to say than, EXCELLENT!I have to removed my previous review, it wasn't good, the first time results were not what i wanted, but someone from customer service contacted me, they were very attentive and worry about my satisfaction. They fixed my color and now, to be honest, i'm so happy not only for the new results in my hair color but for the great customer service. It was okThe color I ordered was supposed to be relatively dark with a purple undertone. I used it yesterday and have to say, I'm not impressed. It ended up only being a shade darker than what my color was previously and theres not a single hint of violet-which was the reason I chose that color. 1 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
