Product burns scalpThis product burned my scalp unlike another hair color product I ordered through the mail. I purchased this product to try something different but since the product burned my scalp and the odor was overwhelming, I will not reorder and will go back to the previous company. In rare cases, one can develop sensitivity to hair color over time. This is why eSalon recommends performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Instructions for the skin allergy test are included in our Product Safety & Usage guide with every hair color order. Not as expectedWas very excited to try this but unfortunately did not live up to expectation. Made my hair very sticky even after rinsing it the 2nd time thinking it just needed more thorough rinsing. The colour was dull, compared to high street brands I've tried - no shine for some reason. Best colour everI have tried all brands of hair colours and they only last for about 2 weeks before the grey would come through. I found this on Facebook would you believe and thought well il give it a go it was so easy to use and last nearly 2 months I have recommended it to all my friends have now ordered it 3 times now I will be staying with salon. Wouldn't changeHave self colored my hair for some time. This is exceptional color and having the consistent opportunity to switch it up any way I like works for me. Great coverage!I am truly amazed at the coverage of my custom hair color. And don't let me mention how long it is lasting. I'm used to the "other" ones lasting about 3-4 weeks. ESalon has lasted 5 and looks like it can go for at least 5 more..(stayed tuned for my next review). The color itself is still gorgeous & shiny as if I just applied it.
