Just not the color I wantedI love this company You can talk to them if there's a problem they do respond quickly the only problem was the color I was so excited, I thought I explained what I wanted .But it just turned into darker Brown than my hair was I lost all my red highlights I was looking for a lighter color .I was so upset. But The company and the other products of received are great the conditioner I use excellent the dye used was even excellence it just wasn't the color I still get complimented on my hair even though it's not the color I was really excited though hoping that maybe This would work but I'm hoping maybe the next one will 1 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. not as good as my 1st oneThis is my 3rd colour, 1st one great, 2nd one didn't cover my grey, this one was better than the 2nd but not as good as the 1st. I left the 3rd on much longer after my problems with the 2nd but my roots were still a bit lighter than the rest of my hair and perhaps the colour was a little too dark. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Glad I tried it!I can only afford to get my hair colored professionally about once a year, so I usually use a popular diy brand. My roots were showing significantly after just 10 days, and I was really struggling to get my stubborn gray covered. The e-salon color lasts twice as long. I still have trouble with the white "baby" hair along the hairline, but it does cover most of it much better than what I was buying from the store.
