Best Customer Service + Color!I was a bit apprehensive to get a hair color online; how could I make sure that the color was really right for me? But I decided to try eSalon out, and boy, I'm so glad I did. After filling out what I wanted in my color, I got a message saying that color would be to dark for me, so my colorist, Courtney F., changed it to a lighter shade. When I got my color in the mail, I was so excited; I wanted to do my hair right then and there! When I finally colored my hair, I was so pleased! My hair looked like I went to a professional salon- the only indicator that I didn't was the dye I got on my neck (oops). Not only is this a high-end product, the customer service is amazing! Didn't like the color or the way it made my hair feelI was quite disappointed in your products. The haircolor was hair to apply...too many steps...and the color was nothing like I expected at all. NEVER AGAIN!I could NOT wash the dye out!! I did everything like I was supposed to and my hair feels like glue! It's sticky and waxy and so dry. I was in tears. Never disappoints!!I have not coloured my hair for several months and allowed it to go completely gray. Then I ordered my custom colour and had my hair cut while I waited for it to arrive. When the colour arrived I was hesitant because I had not coloured my hair in a long time. But it was so easy! I had forgotten how easy. The products are easy to use and instructions are so clear. The results were perfect! All the gray was covered perfectly! Not a trace of gray! I could not be happier. All my friends were stunned at the change and I asked myself WHY did I ever let my hair go gray? Never it again!! Your colour product is fantastic and the shampoo and conditioner that comes in the package leaves my hair soft, silky and shiny. But the best part it all comes at a fraction of the cost of a salon colour process (I know because I was paying over $200 to have my hair coloured professionally).
