Great product, wrong colorI loved the packaging and it was delivered super fast! However, the color I chose turned out to match my hair exactly so it didn't do anything for me; but the dye didn't make my hair feel damanged or anything. Updated: amazing customer service and productMy initial color did not turn out as red as I was expecting it to, so I sent an email to their customer service as I was expecting a phone call to take hours and to be on hold forever, and unfortunately the representative I was emailing with was not receptive to what I was saying and didn't seem to really care about the customers. I was so frustrated that I decided to just call anyways, despite my incredibly busy full time school and work schedule, and I'm so glad that I did. The call did not take long at all as I was expecting. The representative I spoke with on the phone was incredibly sweet and helpful and immediately had the color reformulated and sent to me. I can now say that I love this service! The color is beautiful and the dye did not damage my hair whatsoever! My hair still feels incredibly healthy and soft and I'm amazed with the quality of the dye and the customer service (by phone at least) for this company.
