Waxy residueThe wax residue problems continue! I can't shampoo it enough to get rid of the sticky wax it leaves! I have noticed this problem each month for the last 8 or so months. I have followed the instructions after notifying esalon about this problem and is still remains. Do not bother looking for help if you need it.I used the product and it turned my hair a horrible color. I could not get a real person to speak to or email. They apparently are not there on weekends and when ever they check the general note box is when they will see my problem. darker than expectedtoo dark in color. thought I was getting something closer to black-brown or espresso. I received something that turned my hair closer to jet black, which is not quite a match for my skin.
