My colorist Andrea was amazing. She really listened and I finally have the perfect colour...brown base with some red tones. My hair feels silky and is shiny. Only suggestion is I'd love some sulfate, silicone and paraben free shampoos and conditioners to be offered.

Die Harrtönungen in der Drogerie waren immer sehr rötlich. Ich habe alle Brauntöne von allen Marken getestet. Keine sah natürlich aus. Das ist die beste und natürlichste Haartönung mit der besten Grauabdeckung!!!! Und ich feier es dass ich ganz unkompliziert die Farbe sogar anpassen/optimieren kann. Wobei diese schon wirklich wie meine Naturfarbe war. Nur minimal angepasst.

the whole process was so easy, from shipping and receiving the order fast, following instruction, getting the result i want, and in top of all that my colorist was so cool and suggested something a bit different than my color but turned awesome. thank you team.
