Best color and hopeful suggestionI've been a client for a few years. I absolutely love my color and always get tons of compliments. Here's my dilemma... I wish you guys would sell messy bun extensions (real hair would be awesome) that I could esalon in my shade of red. I can't find one that matches my color. Good but not great.Customer service for ordering was great but unfortunately the end result was lackluster. colour changeI wasn't happy with the grey coverage with my first order. My team made a suggestion and added an extra colour step at no charge.
