Not trustable company, a scamI have tried to leave a review several times each time it would erase itself. In June I slpurged and ordered the hair dye. And within a week the grays on the mid line of my head and sides of my face returned. I e-mailed a complaint because it's supposed to be a 100 % guarantee. And asked them to rectify the situation. If not i no longer wanted their product I gave them a month to do it. I never heard from them til i was looking at my bank account and it was showing a -127$. It was do to them taking money out for an order I didn't want. I begged them to fix the situation even give me the amount for the hair dye so i had some money to buy my grandchild who lives with me and I support us on SSI. They would not do nothing. $127 for a hair dye ridiculous. Then I figured I might as well yous the hair dye. Chunks of my hair fell out in the shower I have a balled spot now. I strongly suggest no one uses their product. And please watch your bank accounts with this scamming company. Do you know how sad I was not to be able to buy my 3 year old grandchild a b-day present due to this company without a conscious. If my hair does not grow back they will be sued. Beautiful Color !From the moment i opened the box I was impressed. The bottle and instructions were personalized just for me. The packaging was neat and contained everything I needed to get the job done, even extra gloves. the stain guard was helpful as well as the remover for the areas I did not apply the guard to. New Look!I waited until after my official retirement date before I colored my hair. I wanted a "new" me heading into my new life in retirement from an old career into a new consulting career. Got the color right!Used Clairol Nice'N Easy for nearly 20 years till they changed the formulas and I suddenly was dark ash blonde instead of medium neutral blonde. Lasting ColorI've tried MANY color boxes over the years. I had many doubts this box would be any different than the rest. I decided to give it a go and I was thoroughly pleased with the results. I made a few slight changes to the color to make it my own and am completely happy with the results. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a change.
