Not what I expected.I love the color but it does not cover the gray very well. I have used nice and easy for years and it covers better. My scalp itches and my hair is not very soft. Ok But Not GreatThe product was fine; however, I was disappointed that it did not match my hair very well, especially since I answered all the questions asked and sent picture of how my hair look. Hair was a lot lighter than I expected it to be. I also did not like the fact that it was automatic re-order. I thought I was getting one trial of the product and if I liked it, order it again.
