Color didn't work at allFirst off the color didn't last or cover gray Second I tried contacting the support team for two days no call back . I had to leave a message on machine they said I would get a call back. I wanted to cancel the upcoming order, but since they didn't call me back , it was shipped already. Very poor customer service. HaircolorAt the time of the review. I have performed a strand test and the color I love, love, love! Excited to do my entire head! The color is so beautiful and dark. Appears that it will cover my gray well! Okay, so today I colored my hair. I love the color and it covered all of my gray. I saw a lot of really bad reviews and I hope this doesn't happen to me but like 1 of the other reviews. Great coverage, shine and color and it is demi-permanent.This has been an awesome experience. I love the brown color, exactly what I asked for and the gray coverage for a demi-permanent color is absolutely amazing. I have really long thick hair and I only have to wash it once or twice a week, so this will probably last longer than a normal color at the salon. I had exceptional gray coverage and it can be stubborn sometimes. The smell is beautiful, which is such a welcome change.
