Un poco desilusionadaQuería comentarles que hasta el momento estoy muy contenta con el resultado de mi color, es lo que yo quería ni muy claro ni muy oscuro . Peroooooo estoy notando que el tinte me deja demasiado reseco el pelo. Cuando me pongo el tinte y me lo enjuago siento de inmediato la resequedad queda el pelo como acartonado . Me gustaría que me dieran alguna solución a este problema o tendré que dejarlo de usar y es algo que no me gustaría por q es muy cómodo que me llegue a mi casa y encima el tono sea mi preferido . Too darkHello, let me start letting you know that I'm in love with the quality of the product, my hair is soft and looks healthy, the only problem is that the shade is too dark, your light brown is darker than my natural light brown, the color is awesome but I feel a little disappointed because it wasn't the idea that I had in mind. I already text to my colorist letting her know that it was too dark and providing some photos with the idea that I have in mind, I like the product and I would love to continue buying it but how can I be sure to get the color that I want. Alles drin, alles gut. Aber....Ich muss mich erst an die Farbe gewöhnen, weil sie halt dunkler ist als meine bisherigen Haare. Aber schón. Paßt zum Typ, und das Feedback war bis jetzt auch prima. Sehr schön. —- Es ist nun kurz vor der nächsten Farbe, und der Ton hat sich in den 6-7 Wochen total verändert: von einem sehr schönen Walnusston hin zu einem eher goldenen Mittelblond.
