The color is perfect.I wear my hair very short in a traditional fade. The color looks natural and gives me great coverage. Also, my hair feels soft and conditioned. Avid bleacher for yearsI’m a natural dirty blonde. I’ve been bleaching (absolutely ruining) my hair for almost ten years. WonderfulThis was the first time I have used eSalon. Cannot tell you how pleased I am. I've had my hair professionally colored for years @ 65.00 a pop. Today was the first time I've ever done color myself. The process is very easy and I believe it looks much better than what the pro's do!! Updated: amazing customer service and productMy initial color did not turn out as red as I was expecting it to, so I sent an email to their customer service as I was expecting a phone call to take hours and to be on hold forever, and unfortunately the representative I was emailing with was not receptive to what I was saying and didn't seem to really care about the customers. I was so frustrated that I decided to just call anyways, despite my incredibly busy full time school and work schedule, and I'm so glad that I did. The call did not take long at all as I was expecting. The representative I spoke with on the phone was incredibly sweet and helpful and immediately had the color reformulated and sent to me. I can now say that I love this service! The color is beautiful and the dye did not damage my hair whatsoever! My hair still feels incredibly healthy and soft and I'm amazed with the quality of the dye and the customer service (by phone at least) for this company. Packaging was personalized at perfect!After two weeks of using this product my scalp has not stopped itching. No signs of bumps, but whatever was in this was apparently too strong for my scalp. I will not be purchasing this again unfortunately. I selected a reddish brown over my already processed black hair and the color was not as lifted as I had hoped , but some of the red tones did peek out somewhat. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Not HappyVery displeased with how difficult Esalon is having matching the color I'm able to create using in store purchased coloring. It has not been convenient at all for me as their advertisement leads the public to believe.
