WaxySo Icoloredmy hair last night. I used thecolorlocking conditioner which Ihad not used in the past. My hair is sticky waxy and looks wet. I washed it 4 different times to no avail and the product was still a mess on my hair. currently I am at the salon having a Malibu treatment to try and restore s normal texture. Why !!! Why??? Gray coverageI have requested an adjustment on my color due to lack of adequate root coverage on a previous order. The colorist assured me an increase of the toner would take care of my problem.
