It’s okayThe color turned out more red than I had expected, but that’s okay. I’m just glad to see a change in my hair color. The whole process did take a while but it was nice to have the instruction and the tools. I was a bit worry about my hair as I was washing out the dye, my hair felt very stiff and almost brittle like. However, when I was blow drying it, there was no damage to my hair and as it continued to air dry, it “soften” up. Better than drug store box dyeI've used this product for my roots twice since the pandemic started. Application was easy, and the whole kit you receive is well-stocked with everything you'd need for a dye job. The first color wasn't a good match (eyeballed the color) and the second time it still wasn't a great match.
