Beautiful color!I loved being able to submit photos and create my custom color. My stylist had a couple questions for me and when I called, I was promptly responded to. My questions were also answered on the spot. My kit arrived quickly. This color turned out just as I imagined. My hair is soft and shiny and I keep getting complemented. 1st time to color my hair at homeI have been permanently coloring my hair at the salon for nearly 8 years. With 3 busy teenagers, spending 2 hours in the chair every 5-6 weeks was becoming difficult, not to mention $75 for color, glaze, and tip. I filled out the profile and sent a picture to eSalon. Within days, my customized color by Jennifer came in the mail. I was so nervous!!! I followed the directions that came with the box, and my color is perfect! It is exactly what I wanted, and I was able to do laundry while the color was processing. I am very, very happy. Next shipment, I will try the glaze. I did not do a glaze this first time. I was scared to death to color my hair, but...I am delighted with the color, the texture, and the overall look and feel of my hair. I was getting very grey, and my hair is about half way down my back. I knew if this didn't come out I would have to cut my hair, or spend hundreds to fix it. Neither was necessary, and the best part is people keep commenting on how great I look, but they can't quite figure out why. My grey is covered, but the light streaks that resulted are so beautiful and professional looking I can hardly believe it's my hair! Nice coverageHair condition nicely maintained through out the process- hair left lovely and shiny.
