Custom Hair ColorThe last shipment was way too red and not brown. I had asked for the color to less dark but not red!! The color was HORRIBLE!! I had to buy a root color at CVS to cover the roots!! WOW Very ImpressedI decided to budget more and stopped going to my hair stylist. I do not have highlights but i have gray in my hair. I filled out the color I was looking for then you custom answer questions. I received all my supplies and when i was finished I was really surprised. You can tell when someone uses the box it is too harsh and does not look natural. This mixture of colors looks just like when i finish from my stylist. When i went back on line to just change it up a bit they called me so it was better understood what i wanted. I was shocked one on one consultation over the phone. So I am staying with it. I’ve found the holy grail of haircolorI’ve struggled with unwanted red undertones on light brown hair for years. I stopped coloring my hair because of that.
