Just a bit off...They did great by what they are able to do according to the business but it wasn't quite what I was expecting...they have EXCELLENT customer service skills and was blown away by that...would've gotten 10 stars if that could be possible and if they were able to achieve my ultimate goal with my hair color I want. Quality changedI have been using your products for last 2 years and have always been delighted with the colour and how long the colour lasted but recently I have been disappointed. The last 3 have definitely not lasted as long, the colour seems to be faded within 3 weeks and desperate to colour it again…..whereas before it was around 6.5 weeks before I was feeling the need…quality definitely not as good 6 sur 6 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
