Wrong stickers on contents or a miss with the formulaI asked for the same color and gloss as my last order, but this time my roots are bright red and my ends are dark, dark brown. I am unsure if the bottles were marked incorrectly or if I was given the wrong formula, but I do not like the color. Just OkMy roots don’t look very different than what they did prior to using the esalon kit. They still look brassy and lighter than the rest of my hair. The kit itself was nicely presented and the instructions were easy to follow. It’s been yearsI was nervous to try and dye my her myself. It’s been years since I’ve attempted. I was thankful for the personal How To guide. Never realized how long my hair really is. That was my only struggle managing my hotness of hair. I’m so Uber happy with results. Color is amazing, and it did the one thing I truly needed..! Cover my grays! I may beg a friend over next time with a bottle of wine to help those hard to reach places I freered I’d miss. I couldn’t control hand held mirror and brush and same time...”lol” funny site to see. Gorgeous Natural ColorI love the dimension in my hair color. It's gorgeous. My stylist, a master color specialist, said it looked natural, though I missed spots at the back, neck area of my head. Great ProductI’ve colored my hair 3 times using esalon.. I love it! My color has been adjusted twice and now it is exactly what I wanted. I could never get that from a box. It also lasts.
