Happy with my revised color!This new updated color is exactly the color I wanted! Very pleased with it, however, I have a lot of thick hair, so I didn’t have enough more solution to fully coat my hair. Better gray coverageThe new formula covered my grays very well but the overall color is darker than the last formula. I like the coverage and my hair feels very soft but I think I'd like it a little lighter. I have to wait to see if the color stays on my grays, 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Farbe ist wunderschön, aberdie Grauhaarabdeckung ist nach 20 Min. am Ansatz nicht 100%ig. Werde das nächste mal einfach 5 Min. länger die Ansatzfarbe einwirken lassen und die Längen 3 Min. weniger. Dann ist es perfekt. Danke 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Dark and not enough productNeeded a 3rd bottle of dye for my whole head and length. Unfortunately I ran out of the small containers esalon sent and had to buy more dye for the last part of my hair. Looks almost black so I'm just hoping it fades a bit more to a dark brown after a couple washes. Otherwise, it's easy to use and luckily I can tailor it better the next time, still better quality and multifaceted compared to box dye.. just wish they sent more for people with longer/thick hair. 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Quality Has Changed11/15/23 UPDATE My hair is back to normal! I was able to speak with my colorist who was very informative and helpful. She also introduced another product to help (hate when your offered add’l stuff when your not happy), but I listened to her, trusted her and now I’m hooked on the wonderful smelling Weekly Retreat I believe in commending a job well done and that’s what I’m doing here. Thank you. P..S. I’ve been a constant customer since 2018, and love coloring my hair at home when I’m in the mood and in the comfort of my home. My hair is breaking off. When I shampoo my hair it is extremely dry, and it’s near impossible to get it to lather. My hair very is listless, and full of electricity too. My hair used to be so pretty, as a matter of fact the student body voted me as having the prettiest hair in the entire class. There’s a ton of broken hair on my shower drain and hairbrushes too All the above I would say, started about a year ago. Have y’all changed the quality of your product? There’s a great possibility that I’m going to cancel my membership. And that’s so sad. Hope this Review gets read by upper management or someone that can do something for customer retention.
