Not so good.I colored my hair yesterday,and had a lot of hair fall out in the shower as well as when I combed it out,just kept falling out.Spoke to customer service today and was told it was because I have been coloring my hair for a while?? I never have had this happen to me ever before. So I totally disagree with whom ever I spoke with.Infact my hair never felt like it did when I rinsed it out.Didn't feel like my hair at all.Pretty sure it burnt or desolved my hair.WAY TO HARSH!!! Not the color I expectedI tried esalon for the first time last week after using Revlon for 30 years. I liked the product but I was disappointed with the color. I was expecting a medium auburn. Bringing out the Highlights!I have received so many compliments on my hair and hair color since I added the highlights. From the ladies at the nail salon to a stranger in the grocery line, and even my own hairstylist(!) have all complimented my color and the blended highlights. The customization of color at this salon is superb.The customization of color is superb. I can go a little lighter in the summer and a little darker in the winter. Need gray coverageI really like this product! The color itself is perfect and so easy to use. My only problem is the mediocre gray coverage. I have put in a change request for my next shipment, so hopefully there will be an improvement.
