Super contenteJe suis totalement contente de ma couleur, je me retrouve complètement en accord avec la teinte qui a été définie avec ma photo, je me retrouve comme à la sortie de chez le coiffeur une fois que j’ai fait moi même la pose de ma couleur, je m’en sors très bien je pensais que cela aurait été extrêmement difficile mais finalement j’y arrive, je me sers beaucoup des techniques apportées dans les vidéos , j’ai pris les soins supplémentaires pour pouvoir bénéficier de toutes les qualités et le résultat est là je ne retournerai chez un coiffeur que pour refaire ma coupe, et franchement je fais des économies depuis que j’ai choisi d’essayer e salon !!! J'ai été déçueLe coffret est très beau et le site est vraiment bien fait J'avais hâte de recevoir ma couleur Contrairement à la garantie de livraison rapide j'ai attendu presque 2 semaines. Ensuite par rapport à la coloration, mes cheveux blancs sont réapparu après 2 lavages...et il y a une différence entre les racines et les longueurs. Color changeThe 1st shipment that I received the color was great. The 2nd shipment which was supposed to be the same came out black. I don’t even know what to do with this color. ConvaincantJ'ai procédé à l'application en suivant les conseils inclus dans mon colis. La couleur est vraiment très belle, plus un seul cheveux blanc visible! The experience of having a professional colorist develop a salon experience butThe experience of a professional colorist helping you color your hair in the comforts of home giving you a salon look was awesome . I am giving it one star only because of the actual hair color itself. My hair came out very light and red on top where my grey is This occurred after each application. I only did 2 months but after second round my hair was still light and red . I hated my color so much. They did honor the free hair coloring as promised if one isn’t satisfied! .
