Had to redo my colour, and I love it!The initial batch I received was a bit too dark/brown for my liking. Beautiful colour, just not what I wanted. I had no problem at all revamping the colour with the ESalon team and I feel that I won't have any issues going forward, should I wish to change it up once again. Eigentlich schöne FarbeIch finde das Prinzip von eSalon , individualisierte Haarfarbe online zu bestellen wirklich prima . Ich bin auch sehr mit der farbwahl zufrieden die für mich getroffen wurde. Leider habe ich einen grünstich im Haar . Mal schauen wie wir das Problem lösen können?! Nachtrag: der Support hat sich superschnell gemeldet , und mir einen tip gegeben wie ich es behandeln soll. Sehr gut, aber keine Rückmeldung von den Coloristen.Ich war sehr zufrieden, wollte dann aber einen leicht veränderten Farbton . Als die neue Farbe ankam und meine Haare färbte, musste ich leider feststellen, dass ich einen unnatürlich roten Farbstich habe. Nachdem ich daraufhin mehrfach versucht habe jemanden per E-Mail zu erreichen, bekam ich keine Antwort.
