Leider nichts für michDer Kundenservice hat auf meine Kritik super und schnell reagiert. Die Produkte, Pflege, Verpackung, Anleitung usw. waren große Klasse. Wirklich gut gemacht. Nur leider wurde mein Haar nicht - wie gedacht - heller. Ich habe mich nun für eine Aufhellung eines anderen Anbieters entschieden. Trotzdem; probiert es aus, ich habe es auf jeden Fall nicht bereut. I love the coverage.I expected the color to be just a little less red based on the picture of colors. But I love the coverage. It was easier than I expected to color my hair even though I had colored my hair in 2016/2017. Having the blue clips made it easier than using claws to hold my hair. ColorGood color revive for me. I was disappointed that the kit did not contain the “bonus” free 2nd bottle of color for ends.
