On the way to perfectionGreat color, but changing formula to correct wash out brassiness, left my color too warm at application. So I am happily returning to my initial color formula, but changing from demi permanent to permanent. Color consultants have been very responsive. Product is so gentle on my hair. FinallyI have been using home dye for years. This product has really helped with my thinning hair. I finally don’t have to deal with the red that always seemed to show up later in the cycle! Best At Home Color I Have EVER Used!I’ll admit I was skeptical. I had some previously, less that perfect, experiences with at home color. I was at the point of booking an appointment at a salon. I decided to give eSalon a try based on a Facebook recommendation from a friend. I wanted a light brown color to cover my gray and not look brassy. As I waited the 30 minutes, my anxiety grew, looking at the dark color of the product I had applied to my roots. I wanted a beautiful, shiny, golden LIGHT brown, not a dark brown or a brassy reddish brown. I was worried. After following the directions provided, which were unlike any I had ever seen with at home hair color, my results are better than I had hoped!!!! I am beyond thrilled.
