You made me cry!I’m a nurse practitioner in emergency medicine. To say this year has been tough would be an understatement. I haven’t had a haircut in over a year because I don’t want to accidentally expose a stylist or other clients to COVID from my patients. So I took a chance and tried the eSalon color. I put on an old shirt, crossed my fingers, taped your instructions on the bathroom mirror, and did my best to apply it like I’d seen done so many times in a salon. 30 minutes later I absolutely cried. THANK YOU. It’s PERFECT. I can’t believe I could make my own hair look this great! I will be forever grateful to you - and you’ve earned a loyal customer. FreshThe color is fresh. They did a good job customizing it to my natural copper brown. After cancer, my hair grew back dark auburn and extremely fine. I wish the roots had a little more copper as the current root combo has a pinch more brown but overall it's manageable. I'm not fond that my color is consistently weeks late tho. I always order the set. It says the set comes with roots and ends. 2 bottles. I've tried nearly every other product, including the new partner company. 💞 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Muy bienEstoy contenta con mi color, solo me lo di en las raíces ya que tengo mechas y no quería taparlas. Es verdad que al principio se queda un poco oscuro, pero con los lavados se va aclarando y queda súper natural. Ellos me asesoraron desde el principio y le ha ido genial. Eso sí, es DEMASIADO CARO!! Brilliant colour adjustment and coverageThis is my second colour, first one was nice but the roots were a bit light. So I asked for the colour to be adjusted and it’s perfect. Super zufrieden mit meinem FarbtonBei meiner ersten Lieferung war ich etwas ängstlich, wie die Farbe herauskommen würde und färbte mir vorsichtshalber nur den Pony. Dann merkte ich aber, wie estaunlich nah die Farbe an meiner Naturfarbe ist und wie gut sie aufgrund meiner Fotos getroffen wurde. Meine Haare waren in 3 verschiedenen Blondtönen gesträhnt und ich merkte schnell, dass ich mit der bestellten Farbe wirklich "wild" einzelne Strähnen färben kann, und es immer gut aussieht, sich ins Gesamtbild einfügt und die grauen Haare abdeckt. 16 sur 18 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
