Easy to useThis process was very easy to understand. The eSalon team is great. They checked on me throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with my color and if I wasn't they would send me a new color and/or refund my money. Also, they will change your next auto-ship order to make sure you love your color. They send you everything you need to color your hair along with your color. I wanted my hair to be a light to medium blonde but it turned out strawberry blonde. I love my color I just want blonde for summer so they are going to change my next order. Best Ever !My hair is so ridiculously thick every time I went to a salon to get cut/color it was upwards of $300 or more and my hair always felt weighed down and heavy with no bounce afterwards .. A friend turned me onto eSalon and its been the best thing yet .. let's face it ladies when we want to change or freshen our look the 1st thing we change is our hair color or style .. with eSalon the prices are reasonable and you get a much much better product than the $5 box brand at the local grocery store ! Love the color, hate the smellI love the color, dark blonde (pearl), however, the ammonia was very strong and actually left my scalp feeling irritated.
