SHIPPING TAKING AT LEAST A WEEK!!!!!I began my journey with this company during Covid. The past year (more/less) has been taking at least a week to ship out my order. I sometimes call and order a couple boxes because you are unable to order more than only 1 box online. I love my color but the shipping is super frustrating!!! Used to be goodThis product used to be good. The quality got worse. The actual color that they sent me changed without me making any adjustments to my order. LOVE ALL MY CUSTOM COLOUR SETSI always used box dyes beforehand, but after this I wouldn't go back, did once and immediately regreted it. These customs give my hair the perfect colour, the perfect touch, it doesn't stain at all and you cab definitely feel that it is a different and much more valuable hairdye then usual drugstore ones. Just perfect!The result is perfect! The steps were clear for application and I really appreciated the communication from the stylist. YuckWhen I stared with the company we worked on the color. It didn’t take long before we got the color I wanted and the softness and shine It was even better than I thought it would be. After several years passed something changed. My package was the same but not the results. Were different. Now my hair is dry and unmanageable. But my color stays the same. That’s the only reason I stay with the company. Ido not recommend this company to any one. Again my hair is so dry dry I could only keep it in a bun. Sad 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
