Customer supportPreviously made a comment to customer support about shampoo & condintioner packets are not enough for long hair. When I oriniginally signed up, I stated I had long hair. I have received larger pkts once and the reason I requested them again. Unforuanetly, the response I received was they are crediting my next shipment to include additional packets but in the future I need to purchase them. Please let me say that I really like the convenience of home delivery. But I pay twice what I used to pay then I receive the response I spoke of and makes me wonder why they even asked for my hair lenght in the beginning if they didn't intend to provide enough of all supplies. I like the product but I'm not sure how much longer I will continue. If you hair is short, you will really like the product and will have ample product. This is the first time my hair color turned out the color it was supposed to.With boxed hair color my hair was never the color it was supposed to be. This was right on and beautiful the first time. The product is boxed very nicely and the instructions were very clear. When I had a question I called and they answered my question right away and they were very friendly.
