Color irreversibly wrong and would not refundI ordered a color that was lighter than my natural hair. The colorist suggested a different shade that ended up being darker than my hair. There is no way to go lighter through esalon's system so I ended up having to go to a salon to get the results I wanted. esalon would not refund my money. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Never get the same color twiceWhen I first started the color was really nice and gradually kept getting darker. I sent pictures and emails and by the 3 rd time decided if they can't mix the right ingredients together to produce the first results its not worth it. Also your hair really does dry out, the products are very disappointing for the price, better to go to the salon and get what you pay for! Awesome ColorI was a little leery about coloring my hair at home. I would go to the salon faithfully every eight weeks. What usually took me 3 hours in the salon took about an hour at home. Really nice productMy only "complaint" is that this was my first time using a product like this, and it was a bit of a messy product. No fault of eSalon's. I was just new to the process and I'm 100% sure that the next time won't be nearly as messy now that I know what I'm doing. I'm very excited to get my second shipment! I love the color!! The coverage is very nice. I also liked how my hair didn't feel like straw afterwards. In fact, my hair has felt very silky ever sine using this product. The shampoo and conditioner that came with the color is really nice. I did, however, have to go purchase my own at Sally Beauty. I do not recommend the Ion brand at all It has stripped my color a bit. I recommend getting the shampoo and conditioner offered on this site. best color hair!I loved my color!. I've always had some allergic reaction even with the ammonia free color hair treatments. With my eSalon kit I had none. My hair was very soft and it looked so alive and natural. I definitively recommend it!! 1 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
