Dries out your hairAfter 6 months of using, my hair has become very dry and brittle and at times impossible to rinse out. I love my color!The custom color kit arrived quickly. I loved how everything was included. Everything was very professionally done with the kit being customized especially for me. The gloves were very nice (I hated to throw them away) and you received 2 pairs - not like the store-bought cheap ill-fitting gloves!
