Dreadful experienceIf I could give 0 stars, I would have. After all the advertisements I expecting a fantastic color. In summary: The color is way too dark Not even near red enough It did not cover my greys The color does not have shine The product is too liquid, which makes the application a struggle It has so much amonia I almost passed out with the smell It damaged my hair. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Love it!It's such an easy process. My first colour was good but I wanted it slightly darker and they changed it for me with no hassle at all. They were quick and responsive and the colour is amazing (dark copper)! The instructions and packaging is clear and so cute, and it arrives on time every month. Best colorIts a no brainer. When you need to color your hair it is at your home waiting for you. Also it is the best color I have ever used. Its not like the colors you purchase in the stores. I will never go back to a salon!I was going to a pro once a month to get my hair colored but it was minimum 70 bucks and I never got the same color twice. Esalon has save me thousands of dollars over the last 4 years I have been using it and I get compliments all the time on how great and natural my hair color looks. It was so easy to get started! after just a few adjustments in the early months and now I have a shade of copper all my own! I'm a low-key kinda girl but I still want to look good!
