Not so great....After using this hair dye, my hair was very coarse and felt very dry. As I was getting the conditioner out that they had sent along with the hair dye, it felt as if my hair was very rough. I also lost a lot of hair in the shower which I do usually lose a little bit of hair when I wash my hair but not that much. I do not know if the hair loss was due to the product but I'm just adding it for other people's knowledge. Also, when I use a box hair dye from the store I am able to use it in my bathroom mirror with the vent on. It does stink but when I used this product from eSalon, I had to actually leave the bathroom because the smell was so strong and overpowering. I do like the color and it was effective and coloring grey hairs. But I will not reorder. Wonderful!I ordered my first color set purely out of curiosity. I have been using off-the-shelf box color for years and after seeing months of advertisements I decided to see what made eSalon color different. So I filled out the profile and waited patiently(ish). Despite my impatience, the color box showed up very quickly. Unfortunately one of the color bottles exploded all over the inside of the box. I contacted the customer support team and they had a replacement in the mail the very next day. I used the color the other evening and the directions were very clear and easy to follow. I’m still debating and deciding whether or not I might need to adjust the color for my next box but that’s entirely personal preference and absolutely nothing to do with eSalon. Too orangeHello, I claerly specified in my original order that I needed to stay away from orangish shines I too frequently get from hair colors. And the shade you prepared was no exception, it was faaaar too orange for my complexion. Nevertheless, the whites were well covered and the color actually ages very nicely. please, make the new batch bluer or anything needed to avoid any orange shades!!!! 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. way too dark, blackI am frustrasted. My hair is dark brown, not black. Well, now is it black. I sent pictures along with selecting my natural color through the quiz. The Worst At Home ColorThis was my second time "trying" your at-home coloring, and it turned out absolutely horrible!!! The color came out way too dark, and left this horrendous sticky/waxy residue on my hair that took forever to come off. This is not what I paid 18 dollars for! I am demanding my money back!!!
