ColorLoved my color, especially the gold tones. I still had some grey afterwards but that may be due to it being the first time I ever colored my hair myself. Color changeI was previously a light brown pearl copper gal. I kept feeling like there was something we could tweak to get it a tad more natural looking. I tried the medium brown ash copper. Color Formula PerfectionThe questionnaire was a great starting place, but what really helped my stylist was the pictures I posted of my hair before coloring. She contacted me and double checked to make sure I wanted such a dark color. After talking it over with the stylist over the phone, we agreed upon a slightly lighter shade to start and I am so grateful! The color I chose would have been way too dark! My color now is perfect! My hair is soft and shiny after coloring and the color does not fade hardly at all after 6 weeks. I have a lot of grey and this covers it all! Great color!I loved everything about my order. The color was perfect and the box full of everything you need made it very easy to do myself.
