It was pretty close to what I was going for and way better than a drugstore..My colorist called before my product shipped. I was looking to stay close to my current natural color just hide some of the grays. She did a great job and got really pretty close to my natural color. A lot of compliments!I have been coloring my hair at home for years with a drug store boxed color. And, although it looked great, I decided it was time to use a better quality since my hair seemed to be getting more and more damaged. I have used eSalon for a few months now and love it.
