It was traumatic to me, thinking of going back to my natural hair and covering my balayage highlights. I called eSalon and could not believe the person on the phone remembered my photo! They even suggested a semi permanent might be better to start and I thought, well I trust you, let's roll the dice. My friend helped me with the process. She does hair and was VERY impressed with the formula. The overall results were excellent. I'm so glad I went with this solution over a box from CVS and even going to a salon. Thank you. Now I feel going forward I can do this without the hand holding.

Excellent/thorough instruction and I like that I had two different application options. (brush or from bottle)

This is the best hair colour ever! It covers all grey, the hair colour was a brilliant colour for me plus it went on no mess and easy instructions. Would definatly recommend!
