Best DIY Color !I have been coloring my hair over 25 years and have used a number of different products. They were simply Ok and washed out after only 2 weeks. ESalon is a different ball game! The color lasts longer. Better than that, the color is MY color! It matches my natural coloring, thanks to my personal ESalon colorist . I have asked for it to be adjusted over time and it has only gotten better! Yes, it is more costly than drugstore brands, but still over $100 less than in a salon. When my hair needs to be done, I don’t want to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, my kit is in my bathroom ready to go. I’ve had numerous friends wanting me to share where I get my hair colored. Incredible presentation but mixed resultsSo, I will preface this by saying it was fully my own fault for misunderstanding what colour I'd receive based on how dark my base hair was, but it is true that I wasn't satisfied at all by it. When I contacted customer service to express this, not only were they incredibly reasonable but upheld their colour guarantee promise and listened to all of my concerns. I do intend to try this product again and will most likely review then to confirm my thoughts, but solely based on this experience I would just want to inform anyone with about medium brown hair that this shade (medium brown red copper) will be very very subtle on you. Perhaps that's what you're looking for, but I truly just wanted to have a brighter red copper shade, which is why this is 3 stars. The packaging was as beautiful and well organised as the adverts suggest, the smell of the product was much milder than box dyes I've previously used and the texture of my hair did generally feel brilliant after. If you're scared of trying, definitely do give it a go but don't feel afraid to contact them concerning exactly what you want. 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Queja de productoYo solicité un nuevo color de tinte para mi cabello no para mis raíces, el producto que recibí es castaño oscuro cobrizo, mi color actual es chocolate, pinte mi cabello y me quedó el mismo tono en las raíces es decir negro, el resto de cabello use el color reavitalizante, y me quedó unas partes rojizas en el frente y el resto negroooooo…..!!! Mis raíces igual están negras igual que antes, me parece súper injusto que me quede el cabello así, además me dicen que me envían solo tinte para mis raíces y el resto de cabello ????? Nunca solicité solo para raíces yo quería un nuevo cambio para todo el cabello, de hecho pedí más producto para TODO el cabello no solo para raíces, ese tono no es de mi cabello como para pintarme solo las raíces aparte me pinté y está negro mismo, con la diferencia que mechones a los lado está rojo!!!!. Wrong colorI asked for a lighter hair color because my hair always lightens during the summer. Turns Strawberry Blonde. It now is a true COPPER PENNY color, shiny and very pretty, but certainly not LIGHT, not Blonde, not Strawberry. Nothing like what I wanted.
