Love my color!I love my color. I've been using esalon for several months now, and I've been thrilled with my hair results each month. My reason for four stars instead of five is the shipping price...in my opinion, you might be able to retain loyal customers better if free shipping was offered for customers who have a subscription for their color. Even with the few dollars off, the price is just a little steep for me.
