Results were not as expectedI used the color chosen for me, and my hair is still a reddish tone. In my opinion, this color did not help. I was advised to use a color with ash in it. Happy customer since Jan 2015I just have to say how happy I have been with your company since day one! After the first order I asked for changes because my hair came out brassy, and your company really stepped up... My hair has been restored to the blonde hair I had as a child.. I love the color and I also like the option to skip or adjust your upcoming order date... Your hair highlighting kit is awesome as well. Love the color!I must admit the bright red color solution was a shock. However, with the passage of time that shock dissipated as the color darkened. I love the overall mahogany color with red highlights. Plus, my hair is so soft and silky that I just love running my fingers through it! I love Esalon Color!I went back to my natural hair color for about 2 years and stopped using the service. A few months ago I decided to dye my hair again and was using boxed die to do my roots. I was having a hard time getting my hair back to my old color and the box dye always turned my roots super red compared to the rest my hair. I remembered that I has used Esalon a few years ago and decided to reorder my old formula for my roots, and some color to refresh my ends. IT TURNED OUT SO GOOD. My roots blended perfect with the rest of my hair and the color was beautiful. I even got a call to make sure that I really wanted to reorder my color from two years ago and to confirm the color that I wanted. Super impressed and very happy. Looking great!I love my color and so does everyone who has seen it. The process was easy buta little messy. The result being uniform color that has highlights and really is shiny.
