My first color experienceI was extremely happy with this I will never go back to store box dye again! They contacted me first about opitions -so send in your picture if possible! The color is beautiful and it is just like salon color- I really like the application process and I cannot wait to do it again! The only down side I would say is that I have really long thick hair so I need more shampoo and conditioner then what they send and I feel they should send 3 pairs of gloves for the 3 steps. Great product, everything you need is in the box.Coloring your hair has never been easier! Everything you need is in the box - color, gloves, shampoo, conditioner, stain remover, and directions you can post on your mirror. You don't get that from a box in the store. Great color adjustmentI love the fact that with some input from me and a request to adjust the color a little, it was acomplished so easily. I’m very happy with the product. I do find putting the color on the back of my hair to be very hard. I’m going to continue and hope it gets easier.
